1/2 mile swim: 33:46
Transition 1: 15:02 (dried off, socks, shoes, shorts, top, helmet, gloves, sunscreen, neosporin, 3 bandaids, 1 phone call, grab bike)
12 mile bike: 1:03:15 - averaging 11.8 mph
Transition 2: 6:16 (picked up two fallen bikes, off with helmet, on with hat, change of tops, return to get my water bottle)
3.2 mile "run": 52:03 - averaging 16:47 minute miles.

Overall time: 2:50:24
